Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email once your order has successfully shipped.

2. Estimated Delivery Time: Due to the viral demand for the Matchy Case on social media, our current shipping times are as follows:

• United States: 7 to 12 business days.

• International: 10 to 15 business days.

3. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Matchy Case is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Delayed or Lost Packages: While we do everything in our power to ensure your magical case arrives on time, occasional delays with postal carriers can happen. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of the shipping date, please contact us at support@matchycase.com with your order number, and we will investigate it immediately.
